Everybody! If your employer is registered and has onboarded Benefits as an employee benefit, you can request and receive your earned wage in 2 days. You can also use our savings tools, get exclusive discounts, and 1:1 financial counseling.

How do I access my earned wages?
Benefits:
If your company has onboarded Benefits, you can request your earned wage based on the days worked in the running month. After confirmation, Benefits will transfer the accessible amount to your bank or mobile bank account.

How much money can I get from Benefits?
Benefits:
You can access a portion of what you've already earned, usually up to 60%, during every pay period. The maximum accessible amount is determined by employer settings.

Do I need a bank account or card to get cash from Benefits?
Benefits:
Your requested earned wage is transferred to your bank account. So, technically yes, you need a bank account. However, you can also request the deposit in your mobile bank account.

How long does it take to get the requested money?
Benefits:
Requested Cashouts are confirmed and transferred to designated bank or mobile bank accounts within 48 hours.

If I take a cashout today, how and when will it be paid back?
Benefits:
Earned wages accessed using Benefits will be deducted from your next paycheck. One can also opt for more flexible payback plans via monthly installments, for a nominal payment process fee.

Benefits is zero-cost to use if you settle your cash-out from your immediate paycheck. For flexible monthly settlement plans of 3/6/12 months, there's a nominal monthly payment process fee of, as low as ৳50.

Benefits:
No, as Benefits is not a lending service, your credit score is a non-factor for earned wage access.

Who pays the money accessed by employees?
Benefits:
We do. Benefits fronts the requested cash to the employees. There is no income or expense impact for the employer.
